Queen Chrysalis plushie by SewberryGarden Queen Chrysalis plushie by SewberryGarden
I used plush fabric for the whole plushie, they eyes are iron-ons. The fabric is self dyed. For the crown I used craft foam, I covered it with 3 layers of wood glue, and also used little wood beads. Painted it with acrylics. It was a plushie of hell, really time consuming to make, because I needed to sew a lot of things by hand.

Chrysalis is 43 cm tall and 21 cm long (without ear, mane and tail).

Chrysalis belongs to Hasbro! The plush is made by me

I can't get over how impressive this is! I love the way queen chrysalis looks anyway but being someone who sews some plushies myself, I can not even imagine being able to accomplish some of the details in this!

She looks wonderful. And I love that you used a nice gray closer to her real body color. Usually people use black.

Out of sheer curiosity, would she be for sale?
I would love to buy her.

Thanks ^^ I think maybe it would be better in a little bit darker color, but that was all I could reach with my dyes :D She was a comission, so she already has her owner

Looks amazing. Also did the holes in the legs give you any trouble and how did you do the holes (I'm asking cause I've been thinking about making a Chrysalis plushie)??

Ah, it was a lot of work :D And fully handsewed. I just imagine the whole thing in 3D and made the patterns, thinking about geometric forms. Unfortunatly I can't really describe you, I am not enough good in english :D
